FUTBOLFORYOU is a Spanish football academy based in Dublin, bringing the passion, methodology and values of Spanish football to our community. We believe football is a powerful tool to help children grow, not only as players but as individuals. Through dedication, respect, teamwork and effort, we aim to be close to every child, supporting their development and helping them reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.
Our Coaches
Héctor Alcázar – Co-Founder & Football Coach
Co-Founder and Primary School Teacher in Ireland with coaching experience at Rayo Vallecano Academy in Spain. Passionate about football, Héctor helps young players in Ireland develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
Álvaro Ferriz – Football Coach
Qualified football coach from Spain with experience at FC Barcelona Academy and several clubs across Madrid. Passionate about all aspects of the game, Álvaro brings intensity, energy, and a strong commitment to player development, with specialist experience coaching goalkeepers.

Create space, move forward with the ball and understand how to score as part of the team.
Ball Mastery
Manipulate the ball with every part of the foot, developing rhythm, creativity and close control.
Captain
Lead by example, encourage teammates, show resilience and carry respect on and off the pitch.
Defending
Win the ball back fairly, stay in position, work as a unit and protect the goal together.
